Strategic Effect of International Technology Transfer of a Research University in the Course of Building an Innovative Country

摘要：

Based on the characteristics of an innovative country, the paper discusses the conception, basic manners and meanings of international technology transfer of a research university. Then it expatiate main forms of international technology transfer systematically. Furthermore, the paper analyzes strategic effect of international transfer on building an innovative country. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions about promoting international technology transfer of a research university.
