Research on Compensating Mechanism of Ecological Environment in Chinese Coal Mine Area

摘要：

In terms of resource external theory, we focus on the reality that the ecological environment in coal mine area worsens continuously, and then we make a research on the ecological environment problem in coal mine area with the method of game theory. We also discuss the compensating mechanism to the ecological environment in coal mine area and think that the government may be more effective to solve the coal resource external problem by the combination of administrative means and e-conomical means. Meanwhile, we establish the frame of compensating mechanism to the ecological environment in coal mine area and suggest the Way of Trade Compensation, the Way of Control Compensation, the Way of High Threshold Compensation and the Way of Transfer Compensation. It is very important to the sustainable development of the economy in coal mine area on both the reality and the theory.
