Study on Talents Cultivation System Based on Self-innovation

摘要：

Talents play the fundamental and leading role in the course of innovation. The cultivation of innovative talents is the crux of enhancing the self-innovation capability for one country and region, and has great significance in the national inno^ vation strategy. At first, the paper analyzes the value foundation of the innovative talents, on this basis, presents and details the paths and measures of accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents.
