Innovation Approaches and Mechanism of Industry Development of Recycling and Reusing the Waste Electrical Appliances
Waste electrical appliances have two characters, which are the qualities of pollution and regeneration. As our country is a great electrical appliances producing nation as well as an electrical applications consuming one, there is a very expansive market for the industry of recycling and reusing the waste electrical appliances. Then the innovation of the concept, theory, technology, system, management and market in the forming process of industry chain of waste electrical applications must be investigated, if the industry development is directed by the theory of cyclic economy. The realization approaches and mechanism of innovation need the innovation of electrical applications produced technologies as the headstream, system of recycling as basic, and technology of reusing as the core, in order to break through the key technologies of regeneration resources of the waste electrical appliance and the innocent processing , implement the poly-orientations solid innovational interaction of the recycling and reusing industry chain ,and promote the healthy development of the industry of waste electrical applications.
