The ezisting problem and its analysis for Chinas enterprises becoming of the subject of tech-innovation

摘要：

After analyzing three-level characteristics of Chinas enterprises becoming of the subject of the tech-innovation, this article pointed out the main problems existed in the Chinas enterprises as the subject of tech-innovation, and suggested some causes for it.
