Study on the Function of Agri-InformationLization in Promoting the Construction of Socialist New Countryside
This article has firstly discussed the relation between agri-informationl-ization and socialist new countryside construction, and elaborated the function of agri-informationlization based on the concept and content of new countryside construction. Secondly, the socialist new countryside construction should be taken as a system engineering, and the new changes as the appraised basis of the system input and output effect. It has proven the universal significance and foundation function of agri-informationlization to the construction of socialist new countryside. The article has introduced the related concepts, theories and information system model, and discussed the relations between countryside spiritual civilization and the improvement of farmers material life, for example, urbanization and transportation, market trade and village feature, industrialization and cluster economy development, establishing farmers study organization and so on, all which are the requests of socialist new countryside construction, and all these need to enhance the level of agri-informationliza-tion.
