Study on the Platform for Integrated Innovation in Science and Technology Parks
The platform for integrated innovation is an effective means to improve the independent innovation ability of science and technology parks. It can be divided into two parts which are software and hardware, and is composed of market innovation platform, technology innovation platform and knowledge innovation platform. These three kinds of subplatforms are linked by different culture powers, and possess the character of 3 medicaments, which includes driver, bond and activator. By constructing a multicore three-dimensional innovation network throughcore-bond-chain-network integrative and cooperative movement mechanism, the platform system for integrated innovation can make the innovation activities in the science and technology parks economical and optimum and drive the adjustment and upgrade of the state economic structure as a fulcrum.
