Impacts of National Science & Technology Parks on Innovation Environment
To consider the impacts of National Science & Technology Parks on the industrial innovation environment, we express the characteristics of the knowledge and innovation era and analyze the main objectives of a National Science & Technology Park. And then, we present seven factors for a National Science & Technology Parks to promote the industrial innovation environment. A National Science & Techn-olgy Park will promote its located region on qualified work and their continuous training, technology transfer and innovation capacity, traditional industries modernization, regional technology progress increased by technology diffusibility, external competitiveness, regional competitiveness and its globalization by establishing a global developing platform, respectively. The paper shows that National Science and Technology Parks are intended to encourage an atmosphere where the philosophy of innovation plays a central role.
