Discussion about the Problems and Countermeasures of Innovational Megalopolis on the Old Industrial Base of Northeastern Regions
The cities along the Ha-Da Communication lines almost amass vast innovation resource in the old industrial base of northeastern regions. It is feasible and necessary at theories and practice to construct the line of innovational megalopolis centering round Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang and Dalian, and including small and medium sized cities near the Ha-Da Communication lines. At the same time, the article puts forward a series of proposals; one center, two supports, three-line breakthrough, four strength factors, and five-ring radiation. They are the very keys to develop the construction of innovational megalopolis on the old industrial base of northeastern regions.
