Research on Basic Problems in the Strategy of the Innovative Region-Discussing the Functions of the Government in the Innovative Region Development
This paper has disclosed the scientific significance of the strategy of the innovative region, and made the analysis and do the research for the basic problems in the strategy of the innovative region, and it was believed that the formation of the strategy of the innovative region has its inevitable objective foundation-the development of the technology regional equation, the selection of the direction of the regional innovation, the establishment of the regional innovation system, and meanwhile the strategy of the innovative region also needs to emphasize and utilize the rules of the spatial transfer of the technology and fully exert the functions of the administrative assurance and the comprehensive service of the government in the creation of the innovation environment.
