Structure Model and Operation Mechanism of Regional Innovation Systems
Regional innovation system is a big complex system, the sub-systems must develop harmoniously. The weakness of any sub-systems will affect the implementation of the systems integrated function. Therefore, the construction of regional innovational system must start from a strategic view on the whole condition, go on all-sided planning, and adopt different structure models and operation mechanisms in different development phases. In the construction of regional innovation system, the source of innovation can come from different nodes. When short-chain linear structure model has a certain size, regional innovation network-structure model should be constructed according to the processes and planning, thereby to strengthen regional competitive ability and boost regional economys development.
