International Comparisons on Intellectual Property Protection and the Paths of Technology Innovation

摘要：

This article sums up the collaborative development paths of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) protection and technology innovation in America, Japan and Korea;on this basis, the effects of IP protection system under independent innovation and imitative innovation models of technology innovation are analyzed; then draws a conclusion that the ultimate aim of EPR protection is to lift the capacity of independent innovation. After studying and drawing experience and lessons from foreign counties, we should set up a system of Intellectual Property Rights protection adapting to the technology level in our country.
