Innovation Mode of Tourism Supply Chain Management
To solve the two prominent problems in tourism development, we suggest using supply chain management tools to optimize tourism supply chain management. Therefore,first of all we analyse the characteristics of tourism supply chain, especially comparing the similarities and dissimilarities between traditional manufacture supply chain and tourism supply chain. Then, we propose the way to optimize tourism supply chain management which establishes a government leading tourism supply chain coordination mechanism to solve tourism resource abuse and abnormal competition among tourism enterprises. At last, we give a research survey in this field and a detailed content and ways of this mechanism study.
