Evaluation on Net Efficiency of Regional Innovation System in Some Provinces of China

摘要：

Growth and development economics considers that technological progress is the engine of continuous economy growth. To augment comparability among DMUs, This paper evaluates the net efficiency of Regional Innovation System(RIS) in 24 provinces of China adopting comparable indexes through DEA method, aims at providing the basic materials for study on RIS of China.
