Creating Entrepreneurial Universities on the Innovative Triple Heliz-A New Model of Innovative Talent Training
Under the epidemic situation of technology economic development, constructing innovative nation is a major strategic decision for the future. The construction of an innovative country necessarily requires the innovative education be a-dapted to it. The Entrepreneurial University, as a new model of university, the putting forward of the strategy of the Innovative Country also offers a new chance for it. Based on the new innovative triple helix of university-industry-govemment, this paper expatiates the spring-up of Entrepreneurial Universities and their roles in transforming the innovative production of high science & technology, improving the self-innovation ability, and advancing the core competitive edge, etc.. At the same time, this paper also puts forward some plans for the construction of Entrepreneurial Universities in our country.
