Research on Property Orectic Model of Enterprise Open Innovation
Enterprise open innovation is a technology innovation with dynamic and open characteristic. This research stepped in the theoretical model of open innovation, and researched on different models of using internal and external ideas as well as integrating internal and external paths to market. The property orectic model we developed represented the reason for enterprise resources absorption and technology diffusion, and also interpreted enterprises short-term value creating and long-term strategic innovation. Based on market demand and making profit, both resources inflow and technology outflow are dynamic and open. And the pursuit of property orexis in both technology ownership and utilization ratio was the main aim of enterprise open innovation. The evaluation of this research not only provided implications of limitations , but also gave suggestions for further research.
