Ezploration on the Innovative Climate of Organization
The innovative climate of organization is relationships among the people and between the people and the environment caused the situation in which innovation comes into being and being diffused. The research on innovative climate is useful for us in discovering and constructing organization with more development potential. Climate is a variable that lead to organizational innovation, and help shape organizational characteristics. Preliminary study indicated that Chinese organizations are lacking in-challenge, vigor and the risk spirit, and they are also short in humor but rich in conflicts in regular activities, but in the aspects of time pressure, degree of freedom and openness and some others, they display well.
