The Thought on the Complications and the Essence of Independent Innovation in Domestic Manufacturing Industry with the Economics Globalization
The global commercial revolution arising in 1990s changes the global e-conomic production form in many aspects. At the same time, the industrial controlling power, determined by core technologies, becomes a key to national industrial competitiveness, and even influences national strategy. Considering the facts that the TNCs have highly concentrated market portion, unprecedented industrial control chains and more fierce interior competition, the innovations of the domestic industry have a slim chance. The essence of the domestic industrial innovation is to integrate the reason of enterprises and that of nation. Besides the profit targets, enterprises need build up values and responsibility of Promoting development of Chinese national brand and Developing Chinese national industry, and pursuit them logically. In addition, enterprises should strengthen the integration between self-determined-indus-try-oriented technology introduction and independent innovation. Finally, companies should enhance the competitive edge of human resource and remodel strategic development objectives from developing labor-intensive products.
