The Innovation of Chinese Circulation Industry and Development of Urban(Region) Economy
In this article, the annual data of Chinese and relevant region GDP and the circulation industry growth level from 1990 to 2005 is used, a corresponding return model is established by using co-integration, and the method of quantitative analysis is employed in analyzing the effect of circulation industry growth on economic. The research indicates that,in the long run, as the value added in the field of circulation industry increases one percentage point, GDP, the amount of consumption and the number of employment may increase by a big margin. However,the function of leading circulation industry is not brought into play because of much difference in regional development and the barrier of system and regional benefit. The problems and the reasons on relationship mentioned above are analyzed in this article, and the counter-measures on promoting urban economy development in the regions of East, middle part and West are proposed through the circulation industry innovation.
