1 Introduction The global economy has entered the information age. Magnetic materials, as a kind of functional materials, are playing more and more important role in the global modern industries. Rare-earth permanent magnets, especially Nd-Fe-B, being one important part of the magnetic materials, are becoming majority in magnet market with annual growth rate higher than 20％.
