DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF DIAGNOSIS AND INQUIRY SYSTEM FOR MAIN PLANT DISEASES AND INSECT PESTS IN INNER MONGOLIA
In this paper, well introduce a plant diseases and insect pests inquiry system in Inner Mongolia. It is a application system which was based on web, multimedia, database technique and the theory of expert system. This system is applicable to 6 kinds of main crop in Inner Mongolia including wheat, com, soja, irish potato, cole and beet. It can diagnose, inquest, prevent and cure the six crops damage by diseases and insect pests, using letters and pictures to reason. This system embodied 98 kinds of plant diseases and insect pests. There are also a lot of strategies about how to prevent and cure the nuisance free farm products. Being applied in demonstrate area, this systems economic and social benefits are remarkable.
