摘要：

In this paper, it is introduced a plant crops diseases and insect pests expert system. The communications can be appended at random, and the plant crops diseases and insect pests expert system that base on web can be produced. And multimedia is utilized to build up the interaction. The mode of expression and the characteristics of system are also presented.
