AN IMPROVED SHORTEST PATH ALGORITHM IN ROOT IMAGE ANALYSIS

摘要：

Root image analysis is an important part in current agriculture information research. The article brings the shortest path algorithm into main-root determination in root image, and optimized this shortest path algorithm. Then, article bring up an shortest path algorithm based on curve tend in root image which have been thinned. At last, this article takes an application in this algorithm for example.
