DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF WEBGIS/GSM-BASED REMOTE SYSTEM FOR WATER MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE WELLS

摘要：

The water management of village wells plays an important part in agricultural production and water saving. This paper introduces WebGIS, GSM and their characteristics, and proposes a remote system to solve the problem of the measurement of village wells water use. In the system, the technology of wireless data communication was used in Real-time data acquisition and control.
