摘要：

The paper aims to solve problem of information service system construction in rural, puts forward system integration colligation design and approaches of modern information service system in rural. The system will construct all-in-one rural information service network combining traditional media with IT based on the principles of top design, system integration & optimization, and provide all kinds of information service for farmers or other users, and finally solve last one mile of rural information service.
