PRACTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF RURAL INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM IN THE ECONOMICALLY UNDERDEVELOPED AREAS
There are more obstacles exist in utilizing digital information in Jilin province because it is an economically underdeveloped province of China, the proportion of its agricultural population is a little big and the peasants incomes of it are comparatively low. This article summarizes the practices of the establishments of four nets syncretism including Internet, fixed-line telephone network, mobile telephone network and secondary planet network and combination of five things including network information service, telephone voice and fixed network notes services, mobile phone notes service, remote education service for the peasants and intelligentized agricultural expert system service. It also summarizes their active stimulation to the rural economy development of Jilin province.
