Improve Your Publication Success:Problems and Suggestions

摘要：

About 15％ of the manuscripts that I receive are rejected outright and returned to the authors upon receipt because of various problems.In addition,a little about 50％ are rejected after review due to various reasons.In this brief paper,I will point out a few of the reasons that manuscripts are rejected outright and make a few suggestions on how you can improve your probability of success in getting your manuscripts accepted for publication.
