Controlled Blasting Technology of Liner Demolition and Ezpanding Ezcavation for Shallowly Buried Tunnel Being Changed from Single-track to Double-track Railway Line under Complez Conditions
When the Yichang-Wanzhou railway tunnels under complicated geological conditions in China were construtted from single-track to double-track railway line, in order to ensure the stability of wall rock and support structure,and safety and good effect of expanding excavation, controlled pre-splitting blasting technology was used for segmental and divisional demolition of the liner structure. At the same time, the technology of controlled weak smooth blasting was used in the expanding excavation of bench and full-face type. By a series of technical measures of controlling the quantities of explosives, establishing a number of the free faces, improving the transmission and application of non-electric millisecond detonator network, the purpose of reducing blasting vibration was reached according to the dates of real-time monitoring. Practices have proved that the results of the monitoring data were in accordance with the requirement of the process and objective control and the engineering got good results. The successful construction following the subsequence of single-track tunnel first, after double-track tunnel by demolition and expanding excavation blasting was achieved for the new tunnel under the bad conditions of crush rock, developed carst, shallow depth of burial and etc. in the Yichang and Wanzhou district of China.
