Research on the Thermal Decomposition Kinetics of Powdery Emulsion Ezplosive
The thermal decomposition process and the non-isothermal technique kinetic of the PEE are studied by TG. The thermal decomposition kinetic parameter and the mechanism function of the PEE are obtained by Ozawss method and the integral is conversional non-linear method. The results show that the initial temperature of thermal decomposition of the PEE is little higher than emulsion explosive matrix and the decomposition activation energy of the PEE is 97 kJ/mol. It is believed that the PEE has excellent thermal stability performance. The result also shows that the thermal decomposition mechanism of the PEE is classified as random nucleation and growth. The thermal decomposition kinetic equation is dα/dt= 1×1010×(1-α)exp(-1.2×104/T).
