A Study on Cumulative Effect of Production Blast Vibration on Slope Failure in Xiaolongtan Coal Mine
With the increase in the mining depth, the problems of deformation and destabilization associated with high and steep slopes became increasingly severe. The long-term repetitive blast vibration had long-term cumulative damage effect on the slope stability of Xiaoiongtan Open-pit Coal Mine, where blasting is used as the principal method to excavate rocks.Based on the long-term blasting vibration tests in Xiaolongtan Open-pit Coal Mine, this paper analyses the deformation rules of the creeping slope under the action of long-term seismic fluctuating load from blasting. The paper analyzes and demonstrates the existence of the cumulative effect of blasting vibration. In addition, it puts forwards that the sliding surfaces will form at deep part of the slope, different sliding bodies will form at superficial place, and deformation will appear at different regions of the slope under the cumulative effect of the long-term blasting vibration, namely, the damage effect and accelerative effect. The acceleration of the transition process from slow-creeping flow to stable-creeping flow will eventually lead to the formation of accelerated-creeping flow, resulting in the damage to the slope eventually.
