Application Study on Vibration Monitoring and Control Technique of Deep-hole Blasting nearby Buildings
Medium-deep borehole blasting technique was adopted for a quarry of a cement plant, in order to supply more ore with a fresh production line. According to safety requirement matching with expanded production capacity, blasting vibration of nearby village had to be monitored, aiming to derive an empirical regression equation of particle peak velocity of vibration (PPV) by analyses testing data, to acquire the attenuation law of seismic wave caused by blasting orientation to the village near this quarry. Theoretical criterion was provided for forecasting the vibration intensity of large scale production blasting, optimizing technical parameters of deep-hole blasting and initiation system, taking reasonable techniques (especially control the maximum instantaneous charge weight) to reduce the vibration intensity by blasting operation.
