Research on Blasting Vibration Regionalization and Blasting Seismic Wave Propagation Characteristics
In all blasting records, blasting seismic waves, without exception, have been proved to be a complex of waves with different frequencies and amplitudes. These serial sub-waves contain lots of characteristics about the explosive sources, medium properties, the propagation paths, environment and other influential factors. Due to different natural frequencies of structures and different responses of structures to different vibration signals, it is necessary to analyze the amplitude and the main frequency of a signal. Based on the regionalization of blasting vibration, characteristics of blasting vibration in different regions are discussed in this paper. Furthermore, it is conclude that the amplitude and the main frequency of blasting vibration attenuate as the scale distance increases. The attenuation rates are: in the near region>in the medium region>in the far region. In the far region, the main frequency approaches to a fixed value.
