Determination of Gas Hazard from Modern Industrial Ezplosives
At admission of explosives to constant application, it is necessary to determine their full gas harm. Most a trustworthy information about gas harm give the proving-grounds researches at detonation of charges in steel pipes with thickness of the wall providing convergence with real conditions of detonation. Continuous registration by gas analyzers of concentration of toxic gases in an air stream of gaseous products of explosion allows determining amount of each gas. Besides,in the proving-grounds conditions it is possible to apply a uniform technique of researches that excludes different interpretation of the received results. With use of the developed techniques on underground range experiments according to gas harm and detonation characteristics of TNT and Al containing explosives and emulsion explosives, including local manufacturing are lead.
