Impacts of Reservoir Construction Projects on the Ecological Environment and Management Countermeasures

Aiming at the impacts of Qinglongshan reservoir construction project on the ecological environment, through the impact strength analysis of three wastes and one noise sources during the project construction period, as well as the investigation and research on environmental impact given by the submerged and used areas,the corresponding management countermeasures and the mitigation measures for environmental impact are made. The results show that: under the cooperated action between the effective implementation and interaction of management countermeasures,the impacts of reservoir construction projects on the ecological environment were reduced to a minimum. In addition,the ecological environment in the region was protected effectively and the whole hydraulic engineering was ensured to operate normally.
