Research on the IPR Protection Management of Chinese SMEs
As SMEs (small-and-medium-sized enterprises) in the global economy have an increasingly high contribution rate, the governments and scholars have attached great importance to it. Based on Chinese IPR (intellectual property right) protection status of SME, the article analyses the main problems. The author highlights the importance of strengthening Chinese SMEs of IPR protection, constructs Chinese SMEs IPR protection improvement countermeasures system, and comes to a conclusion that the IPR protection for SMEs is a project. Firstly, SMEs must strengthen their awareness and upgrade the ability to protect IPR. Secondly, the government should take effective measures to enhance our capability for independent innovation and the protection of their intellectual property. Once again, we must rely on the law to standardize the technical innovation of SMEs and their activities in the IPR protection. Finally, the trade organizations are also significant for the IPR protection of SMEs in China, which can do something.
