Corporate Culture Innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises: Obstacles and Solutions
Comparing with large enterprises, small and medium enterprises have more constraints such as insufficient capital, lacking of personnel, incomplete information,and poor management; In the productivity field, small and medium enterprises are more difficult to manage due to lacking specialized collaboration, low efficiency, lacking marketing information, and poor resilience; low quality of corporation leadership and employees, and incomplete innovation system have become major obstacles of culture innovation in small and medium enterprises. This paper analyzes the obstacles of cultural innovation for small and medium enterprises, addresses some ways to overcome obstacles in order to provide guides for cultural innovation in small and medium enterprises.
