In the face of globalizing,information-based,knowledge-driving and market-oriented economy of today, as cells of the economic society, SMEs are undergoing change of an era. As the foundation of social development, SMEs play an important role in economic development. How to promote SMEs development has become a worldwide issue. Countries all over the world have deemed promoting sustainable development of SMEs as the main component of their overall development strategy. Faced with the trend of globalization, Chinese SMEs will inevitably be drawn into the fierce competition in international market.How to foster and enhance core competitiveness of SMEs has become an issue of great urgency.
