The Growth of SMB and a Study on the Role of the Financial Policy of the Government Mainly Based on the Ezample of the Japanese SMB Financial Policy
Financial policy plays a significant role in the policy system of SMB for its growth. The government or banking facilities shall properly lower the loan interest rate and the guarantee conditions for growing SMB. The governmental banking facilities have the responsibility to use their influence to settle the financing for SMB that is difficult to obtain the loan with short-term of using. Besides, whether SMB can obtain the loan is partially determined by its own business achievements, repayment capacity and guarantee condition, and is partially determined by the intention of the governmental financial policy. Therefore, while making a use of nongovernmental banking facilities, taking Japan as the example, the city bank, the local credit bank, the securities company, the insurance company and so on, the government shall bring the adjustment of national financial policy into full play focusing on the financing of growing SMB that has significant contribution to national economy.
