The Diversification Strategic Choice for Chinese Enterprises under Financial Crisis—From the Perspective of Market-Transforming Period
This paper chooses the panel data of 249 manufacturing enterprises listing in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange,from the perspective of marketing-transforming period, makes panel regression analysis to the sample company in the overall and sub-panel level, to research the relationship between diversifications operating strategy and corporate value from multi-angles. Finally, using the findings of analysis,the author gives his strategic opinions in detail for Chinese diversified enterprises from their current situation.
