The Research on Evaluation of Economic Society Development Strategy Based on the Scientific Concept of Development
CPC Central Committee on the formulation of National Economic and Social Development 11th Five-Year Plans recommendations were examined and approved at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee, putting forward that deepen the understanding of the basic meaning and spiritual essence of the scientific concept of development, establishing the scientific concept of development in line with the requirements of economic and social development evaluation system. With the summary of the research situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the five coordinate development of the framework system and proposes the research thinking which based on the scientific concept of development of economic and social development strategy evaluation.
