Performance and Knowledges Assimilation and Ezploitation—Comparison in Companies with Different Ownership Identity
Based on innovative theory and knowledge management theory, this research form a structure equation model about the relation between performance and knowledges assimilation and exploitation. Following them, we compare the differences of these relationships in Chinese state-owned companies and non-state-owned companies. We find that the impacts of knowledges assimilation and exploitation on performance are significantly different in companies with different ownership identity.
