Game Playing Analysis and Policy Choices of Investment in Agricultural Sci-technology
Agricultural enterprise is the main block of investment in agricultural sci-technology and major channel of capital increase. Whether the agricultural enterprise invests in agricultural sci-tcchnology depends greatly on the game playing between it and the peasants. In this article, we discuss the balancing strategies between the external investing enterprises and the peasants in the conditions of fixed or fluctuating （which is along with the anticipation of natural state) interest rate of the external investment in agricultural sci-teehnology, which are followed by the conclusions and corresponding proposals of agricultural policies.
