Public-Private Partnerships Strategies for Sustaining Eco-Economy in Romania
Environment protection is a vital aim of every contemporary economy,national economies trying to become protectors of environment by emphasizing the environmental component of national public strategies and changing economies more and more in eco-economies. Limited financial resources of the state obliged it to diversify the ways in which state come to implement environment friendly strategies. This was an important reason why public-private partnerships were created and developed intensely. This procedure is perfectly compatible also to eco-economy principles. In Romania the PPP legislation was aligned to the European general vision. Stipulations can be used also to implement projects with great favorable impact on environment. In this way,environment protection as a major objective can be approached unitarily at a multinational level, similarly to North-American and Asian.
