Corporate Social Responsibility in the Internationalization of Corporations: Empirical Evidence from China
Chinese Corporations are confronted with some problems and trade barriers in the internationalization process. In view of these things,this paper,based on the Corporate Social Responsibility and Stakeholder theory, proposes that Chinese Corporations may refer to the Corporate Social Responsibility standards to operate and protect stakeholders interests to help Chinese Corporations to establish certain competitive advantages in the international market. The paper takes the Chinese Listed Companies as an example,through regression analysis to demonstrate and test the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the corporate performance. The paper also puts forward some conclusions and recommendations, which have certain reference on the internationalization of Chinese Corporations.
