The Negative Influence of Culture Difference on Multinational Operation and Its Solution

As the increasing development of global incorporation, markets and resources are not possessed by a single country. Economic globalization and culture diversity will coexist in the future. Multinational operation will face more and severer culture conflicts. To solve the problem and eliminate its negative impact, the paper proposes to seek an enterprise target beyond the culture conflicts and feasible management mechanism by building common expectation in a different culture environment,compromising and developing mutually.
