The Effects of MNCs R & D Centers and Chinas Technological Innovation Strategy

In the process of the internationalization of MNCs R & D, China has been the important basis of MNCs overseas R & D centers for her location advantages. It provides a good opportunity for China to promote her technological innovation. The establishment of MNCs R & D Centers in China has brought both positive and negative effects on Chinas technological innovation. So China should adopt the strategy of Learning,Import,Cooperation,Self-reliance so as to enhance our technological innovation capability fundamentally.
