Research on Dynamical System & Strategy Choice of Enterprise Group Ezpansion

摘要：

Grouping expansion is an inevitable tendency for the development of enterprises in the world. Presently, although there are many researches on the topic of enterprise groups expansion in China, most of them concentrate on theses thesis, such as present situations and questions, development countermeasures and strategic patterns of enterprise groups, etc. Moreover, there are few systematic, comprehensive articles on dynamical mechanisms & strategy choice of enterprise group expansion. This article has summarized all kinds of driving forces that promote enterprise group expansion firstly; it also has divided them into following systems: the macro-circumstance factors; the mid-circumstance factors; the inter-circumstance factors; and then it has constructed the dynamic system of enterprise group expansion according to the systematic principle. Thirdly, in order to analyze dynamical system how to affect enterprise group to choose the expansion strategies, it also has come up with the strategy choice matrix of enterprise group expansion.
