On the Importance of Resource Integration Strategyfor University Presses in Western Regions
University presses in western regions are confronted with major variation of the market situation and competition with large publishing groups due to the nations promoting of cultural industry and system reform, therefore, our superiority are lessened and our living space are reduced. University presses in western regions have to choose the resource integration strategy of inner introduction and outer alliance, resource and complementary advantage sharing, in order to live and develop speedily while being pushed into the market competition. Besides, a long-term and stable development can only be achieved when the resource integration is leveled up to the strategic height.
