Analysis on an Enterprises Strategic Choice in Complicated Environment and Human Nature

摘要：

The traditional strategy management theories taking the eeonomic man or the limited rationality as the supposition premise, had given the different strategic choices based on the different views. But the modern enterprise strategic choice in fact is that the complex human nature strategic decision community makes a kind of adapted choice under the complex condition of business. Complex consumers, Wiki economy, group competition, cultural chaos,shortage of resources have consisted of the complex environment of enterprise strategy management together. Policy-makers individual gene,psychological space as well as companys microhabitat and company gene have formed the strategic pohcy-makers complex human natures. Based on the complex environment and the complex human natures, this article has constructed the enterprise strategic choice pattern, obtained several important conclusions.
