The Influence of Strategic Shared Mental Model on Decision-Making in Management
One experiment was designed to investigate the effect of strategic shared mental model on decision-making in management by using management decision-making software. Participants were 60 undergraduates at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and randomly grouped into 10 teams and classified they into two groups: consistency group and non-consistency group according to the result of questionnaire. Results showed that the consistent strategic shared mental model would facilitate the decision-making in management.
